Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. If you have purchased goods from our website, you will be able to request a return and refund, provided that the request is made within 7 (seven) days from the date of receiving your purchase.

  3. We will process a return and refund via the website subject to the following terms:
      • Goods are purchased in new condition with all original packaging including accessories parts and instruction manuals. Please do not remove the product from its original packaging or any of the stickers or labels.
      • The Goods ordered and received are missing accessories and/or parts
      • The order is incomplete and you wish to return the order.
      • Notify us as soon as possible and within the seven day period and we collect the product from you.

3.1. We will only collect the Goods from the same address at which it was delivered. We may  in our discretion, charge you a collection fee.

3.2. We have the right to inspect the goods and/or send the goods to the supplier for testing prior to processing any refund. We will not be obliged to process any refund in the event that the fault and/or damage is as a result of

      • non-compliance with the manufacturers specifications, negligence, user abuse and/or incorrect usage;
      • Any electrical surges and/or damaged caused by lightening and/or a result of load shedding.
      • Pre-owned items unless otherwise stated are purchased as is and not subject to a return or refund.

Refunds will be paid using the same payment method that was used when the order was created and into the account it was paid.

You may also request for the correct item to be delivered.

A refund can take up to 7 (seven) business days to reflect in your account, and EFT refunds and are subject to verification of your banking details. 

Delivery costs may be deducted from any refund unless the delivery was a result of us delivering the incorrect item/s.
